Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary local shipping on orders over ₪500.
We offer complimentary DHL Express shipping worldwide on orders over ₪800 (approximately US$270 / €230 / £200). Eligibility is calculated in ILS at checkout.
For international orders under ₪800, the following shipping rates apply:

All shipping charges are calculated in ILS at checkout. Foreign-currency amounts are estimates and may vary with exchange-rate fluctuations.
Local orders are delivered by courier to your door and usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
Orders are dispatched from Tel Aviv within 48 hours, Sunday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed the following Sunday or Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
International Delivery
International orders are shipped using DHL Express. Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Duties & Taxes
Where applicable, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
If duties and taxes are not displayed at checkout, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs-clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
As customs requirements vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Frett purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at studio@frett.life or by phone or WhatsApp at +972 54 814 2477. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose an exchange, store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Original shipping fees and any international duties, taxes or customs charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and approve your return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Returning Your Order
Online orders may be returned in person at 77 Frishman Street, Tel Aviv, during opening hours, or sent to us using a trackable and insured shipping method of your choice.
For returns within Israel, we can arrange a courier collection for ₪35. Customers outside Israel are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please include your order confirmation or original invoice with your return.
Items purchased through frett.life or directly from the Frett store at 77 Frishman Street may be returned to us. Items purchased from another retailer or wholesale partner must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
